General Package Cancellation Policy

• Less than 7 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 100% of the total Package Cost as cancellation charge
• 7 - 15 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 75% of the total Package Cost as cancellation charge
• 16 - 30 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 50% of total Package Cost as cancellation charge
• More than 30 Days: Full Refund of total Package Cost Excluding Processing Fees of Rs 2,000
• On long weekends and 25th April to 31st July and after 25th Dec to 7th Jan of every year cancellation will strictly depends
• upon hotel refund policy. Many hotels during this period work on no refund policy.

Amendments / Cancellations

• Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
• Also Note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
• The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in traffic & hotels, transportation or any other service that ha been provided.

When you get refund?

Refunded amount will be deposited or transferred into your account within 20 working days from date on which cancellation initiated.
